Argentine tennis player Federico Delbonis will play Artur Rinderknesh from France in the 1/16 finals at the Antwerp tournament.
Federico Delbonis
The 31-year-old Argentinian is performing terribly on Hard so far and he loses in the first match at any tournament. At the end of September, Delbonis, after a break from the US Open, came to the tournament in San Diego. In the 1/16 finals, Federico lost in two sets to Russian tennis player Aslan Karatsev – 1:6; 5:7. Then in early October, Delbonis played at a tournament in Indian Wells, but already in the 1/64 finals he lost in three sets to Yoshihito Nishioka from Japan – 3:6; 6:3; 6:7 (2:7).
Arthur Rinderknesh
The 26-year-old Frenchman stopped by the Challenger in Orleans at the end of October, but he was able to stay there for a long time. In the 1/16 finals , Arthur beat his compatriot Antoine Oan – 3:6; 6:4; 6:3. But already in the 1/8 finals was followed by a defeat from another Frenchman Hugo Grenier - 4:6; 2:6.
Federico Delbonis and Artur Rinderknesh met in the middle of summer at a tournament in Austria. On the ground, Rinderknesh was stronger in two sets - 6:2; 6:4.
Forecast
Federico Delbonis plays Hard very badly, but if the Argentine does not want to finally fall in the ATP rankings, he needs to try to win at least a couple of matches in Antwerp. Arthur Renderknesh is not in the best condition right now, and therefore it is possible to cope with such an opponent due to experience.
