India
India continues to delight its fans by fighting for the medal of the OI-2020 in the field hockey discipline. At first, the team easily coped with the group stage, winning four victories with one defeat, and then confidently performed in the first match of the playoffs, in the quarterfinals, beating Great Britain with a result of 3-1. The score does not seem to be the largest, but it fully reflects the advantage of India, which won 2-0 after the first half, and in the second, playing carefully, brought it to success.
Belgium
Another contender for gold is the Belgian national team. It performed even better in the group stage than India, winning the same four victories and drawing once. The Belgians extended their winless march through a quarterfinal meeting with Spain. Despite the fact that Belgium won 3-1, it missed the first and for a long time the score in favor of the Spaniards remained, until the second half, in which the Belgians had already gathered and made three effective shots.

Forecast
Both teams are on fire, as they say, but I will give preference to Belgium, which still acts more holistically, and in individual terms surpasses India.
