After five rounds Vici Gaming had four wins and one draw, confidently leading in Group B. However, the final three matches of the group stage did not give a single victory, bringing two defeats and a draw. Three misfires in a row did not prevent Vici Gaming from remaining in the top three and going to the playoffs. In the 1/4 finals, the Chinese team lost 1-2 to Virtus.Pro, then coped with Evil Geniuses with a mirror result, continuing the way to the final.
Forecast
If Vici Gaming started confidently, and then slowed down, then the T1 team preferred to act the other way around, reaching the peak of form before the playoffs. Defeat by PSG.LGD does not cause any questions, besides, one card was won. In this confrontation, I prefer the team from T1, which is really stronger now.
